Northern Cyprus is safe, with an extremely low crime rate.
The region is known for its beautiful beaches, ancient ruins and friendly locals.

High levels of security in popular tourist destinations make Northern Cyprus an attractive vacation destination.

Locally, for everyday purchases like groceries, gas stations, restaurants or pharmacies, prices are quoted in TRY (Turkish lira).
However, we also have the option of paying in other currencies, such as GBP (British pound sterling), USD (US dollar) or EUR (euro).
Receipts show the price in the four aforementioned currencies.
When it comes to real estate, prices are given in GBP.
However, we can also make payments in USD, EUR or TRY, either by bank transfer or cash.
In addition, cryptocurrency payments are accepted.

There are several ways to get to North Cyprus.
– Plane to Larnaca (currently flights from Poland are available from Gdansk, Warsaw, Radom, Katowice, Wroclaw, Krakow), then overland to Northern Cyprus using one of the available border crossings;
– Plane to Paphos (currently flights from Poland are available from Poznan and Wroclaw), then overland to Northern Cyprus using one of the available border crossings;
– Plane to Ercan (North Cyprus airport) – flights from Poland available with a transfer in Turkey;
– By land to Turkey and then by ferry to North Cyprus;
– By land to Greece and then by ferry to South Cyprus, then by land to North Cyprus using one of the available border crossings;

Yes, this is possible, however, in this situation you will need to purchase additional insurance at the border, which will be valid in North Cyprus. Note whether the rental company agrees to allow you to drive your car from South Cyprus to North Cyprus (this is not the rule).

Currently, the prices that apply in Northern Cyprus for everyday purchases are much lower than in Poland. Prices can match Polish ones only in selected exclusive restaurants.

In order to sign a contract with a developer when buying a property in the primary market, you must have a valid passport. This document also served us later in the official procedures related to the registration of the contract for the purchase of real estate and the transfer of ownership after its construction.
Passport is a document required also for the purchase of real estate in the secondary market.

Yes, it is possible even without owning real estate. A passport and a document with a proof of residence address (e.g., a printout from the e-pap system no older than 6 months ago) will be necessary for this purpose. If you do not own real estate after opening such a bank account, it will be possible to make transfers only within Northern Cyprus and to Turkish banks. The ability to make transfers to other countries is provided by the purchase of real estate and the presentation of the relevant documents to the bank.

The properties we offer have fully verified and secure ownership status of the land on which the project is being implemented.
We only invest in projects that are developed on land with the status of the so-called “Turkish Title Deed”.
Turkish Title Deed or Exchange Title Deed (which means that the land belonged to Turkish Cypriots before 1974 or came into their possession as a result of a mutually accepted exchange between the owner – a Turkish Cypriot and the owner – a Greek Cypriot after 1974).

– 4+1 – a five-room apartment consisting of a living room, four bedrooms and a minimum of one bathroom

– Itd.
